Work with me

Practical help to get AI and technology delivered.

Bring me in when an AI initiative has to reach production, when delivery needs a steady senior hand, or when a program needs an honest read. We agree the scope, the outputs and the measures of success around your priorities.

Three ways I can help

Where I can help

AI delivery advisory

From AI idea to production, with the decisions made explicitly.

Discuss AI delivery advisory

The situation

You have AI use cases and pressure to show results, but it is unclear which ones to pursue, what they will cost to run, or how you will know the output can be trusted.

How I help

We qualify the use cases against business value and feasibility, decide the architecture direction and what to buy rather than build, set up evaluation and cost control, and plan the path from proof of concept to production.

What you leave with

  • A prioritized shortlist of use cases, with the business-case logic behind each.
  • A proof-of-concept-to-production roadmap with owners and decision points.
  • An evaluation and guardrail approach: what is validated, how, and by whom.
  • A cost model and the levers that control it: model selection, routing and caching.
  • A clear list of what not to build.

Fractional and interim delivery leadership

Senior ownership of an agreed area, for as long as you need it.

Discuss fractional leadership

The situation

You need experienced delivery leadership for AI or IT programs, but not a full-time hire yet, or you need a steady hand through a period of change.

How I help

I take ownership of an agreed area: a portfolio, a program or a delivery organization. I set priorities and governance, build the leadership layer, coach project managers and report to executives in a form that supports decisions.

What you leave with

  • An operating rhythm: planning, RAID, KPIs and executive reporting.
  • Clear ownership and escalation paths.
  • A capacity and prioritization mechanism that people accept.
  • Leaders inside your team who can carry it on.
  • A written handover.

Program rescue and governance setup

An evidence-based read of a program, and a way back to control.

Discuss program governance

The situation

A multi-vendor or multi-country program is drifting: status is green but confidence is low, dependencies are unclear and decisions arrive late.

How I help

I give you an independent read of delivery health based on evidence rather than status colors, a recovery plan with explicit trade-offs, and lightweight governance that enables delivery instead of adding a second layer of process.

What you leave with

  • A delivery health assessment across delivery, risk, financials, capacity and client confidence.
  • Recovery options with a clear recommendation.
  • A RAID log and a KPI set that the team will actually use.
  • An executive reporting format built around decisions.
  • A stakeholder and vendor alignment plan.
Ways to work

Three ways to work together

Scope, timing and fees are agreed before work begins.

Focused assessment

A short, fixed-scope review of one decision, one delivery problem or one AI use case. You get my findings, a prioritized list of actions and a recommendation on what to do first.

Defined project

A specific piece of work with an agreed outcome, clear milestones and a handover your team can run without me.

Ongoing advisory or fractional role

A regular advisory rhythm, or a fractional or interim role leading an agreed area, with priorities, responsibilities and time commitment set up front.

Process

How an engagement runs

  1. Understand the situation

What you are building or running, who depends on it and what is getting in the way.

  2. Agree what done looks like

Outcome, scope, owners, and what is in and what is out.

  3. Deliver in visible steps

Work lands in reviewable increments, with a short written update on progress, risks and decisions needed.

  4. Hand over clearly

What changed, what the evidence shows and what your team keeps.

Fit

Who I work well with

Good fit

  • Founders and product leaders building or scaling AI products.
  • Software companies whose delivery has outgrown its processes.
  • Enterprises running multi-vendor, multi-country or regulated programs.
  • Leaders who want a sparring partner on AI delivery decisions.

When I am probably not the right partner

If you need pure staffing, purely administrative status reporting, or an AI demo with no business value, I am probably not the right partner. I would rather tell you that up front.

Questions

Common questions

Can you work with my existing team?

Yes. The scope can be an assessment, hands-on delivery leadership, or coaching alongside the people you already have.

Do you write code?

I started as a developer and architect, and I still build hands-on in low-code and no-code tools and AI workflows. In an engagement I lead and unblock rather than replace your engineers.

Where do you work, and in which time zones?

I am based in Wrocław, Poland. My main working hours are in European time zones, and I work with distributed teams across Europe, Africa and Asia. I can travel anywhere in the world when it is worth it.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. No confidential material is needed for a first conversation.

How is an engagement priced?

It depends on the scope and timing, so fees are agreed together before work begins. To talk it through, message me on WhatsApp.

How do we start?

With a 30-minute introduction call or a short message. If there is a fit, I follow up with a brief written proposal.

What are you working on?

A program to steady, an AI initiative to land, a delivery organization to scale: describe where you are and what you need next. No confidential material needed.
